Boarding & Daycare

To board your pets or for doggie daycare, first call or text Becca at 740-885-9309 to reserve your dates.  Next, please complete the Google Form below for each pet.  You will need to update this form for each boarding to make sure we have the most up-to-date information including emergency contacts and shot records. Before boarding or doggie daycare, you must sign a release form that is good for up to one year.

What you need for boarding or doggie daycare:

1. Current report of required vaccines: Rabies, and DHPPC( Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus).   STRONGLY RECOMMEND- Canine Influenza, Bordetella (kennel cough), and Leptospirosis.

2. STRONGLY RECOMMEND- be on a flea and tick treatment. 

3. Bring pet's own food. (Reduces stomach upset if your pet is on their own food)

4. OPTIONAL- If you bring any bowls or bedding, please label them. They get cleaned and washed regularly and so many look alike.  

We will provide bedding, bowls, and toys.
